
DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST
Casa Humilde was founded in 2019 at District Brew Yards in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood. Our distribution network has grown, and we are looking for a dedicated Distribution Specialist to join our team to help get our beers out to our customers.
The Distribution Specialist will be responsible for deliveries, customer service and ongoing communication with the Distribution Manager and Sales Manager. This is an hourly position. Starting weekly hours will be about 32 hours per week and can increase to 40 hours within 6 months. Brand ambassador work (tastings, festivals, etc) may also be available with this position.

Job Requirements:

Bilingual in Engish/Spanish is a plus

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Ability to lift 160 lbs

Forklift certification preferred but Casa Humilde can provide training

Must be 21+

Must pass background check
Key Responsibilities:

Timely completion of delivery routes
-
Safe navigation of Casa Humilde distribution area with large delivery van

Collection of payment at time of delivery

Provide excellent customer service to all of our accounts

Identify and report quality control issues in the field

Coordination with Sales Manager and Distribution Manager to service account needs

The Distribution Specialist is often the face of Casa Humilde to our accounts and is expected to conduct themselves as such. The person who fills this role must be organized, detail oriented, and able to keep a neat workspace.
Ideal applicants will have:

Experience in the beverage industry AND/OR wholesale and delivery business

Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment

Interest in craft beer and craft beverages
